AI Agent
The AI Agent simplifies the way you schedule, manage, and conduct events by:

Automatically finding optimal times for all participants to schedule meetings.

Using natural language processing (NLP) to understand and respond to your queries and commands in everyday language, making interactions intuitive and user-friendly.
When you open Direct Spaces app, the AI agent appears on the first screen. You can also access it through the main menu.
Enter prompts
Prompts are the queries and commands you enter to interact with the AI. Type or speak your request as if you’re talking to an assistant. Include essential details for scheduling your event, such as the location, date and time, duration, and attendees.
Use @ to select a user name, email, room, or building when you’re unsure of the exact name.

Some examples of prompts you can use:

Book an hour with John in Bob's workshop.

Your recently used prompts stay available to give you quick access to your frequent commands.
Event details
After processing your request, the agent displays the Proposed Reservation details of your booking, including Building, Room, Time, Date, Duration, and Attendees.
The AI Agent uses defaults from your process templates. It might make assumptions for any information you don't specify, such as duration or rooms.
You can choose how to proceed with the reservation:

Edit: Modify the event details.

Book Now: Confirm and book the reservation. If unavailable, edit your reservation and complete the required fields.

Start Over: Discard the current proposal and enter a new prompt.
If the location you choose requires approval, a notification informs you that your request is in a Requested status pending review.
Feature configuration
Your system administrator can turn on/off this feature for an entire organization's environment with the System - Controls the activation of all AI-related features within the product parameter.
